Yeast

Notes:
Ferment the two batches separately with the different yeasts, both at 24-degrees, then combine.
Also added to the boil, at 5mins:
- 35g coriander seed
- 30g orange peel
- 2 lemongrass stalks - smashed
- 15g of sage.
Hoegaarden water profile, but raised sulphates to 300ppm.
