Notes:

1st Citra dry hop 4 days after pitching yeast, lasting 4 days. 2nd dry hop (Citra and Columbus) 10 days after pitching yeast, also lasting 4 days.

Fermented at 18-degrees. Oxygenated wort for 20sec before pitching.

Note: Mash efficiency was at 60%. BH efficiency at 64%
