I picked this yeast up cheap from Full Pint, never used it before. This recipe is my “house” pale ale, so I normally try either different yeast or hops to try stuff out. I was really happy with this yeast but you can use a lot of different yeasts with good results. There are the obvious clean west coast US yeasts. I also really like using WLP007 Dry English at 18-19c. I don’t want to ferment too dry as it is a low ABV so I need some sugars and body to balance the beer.
