find a fermentation temperature of 62 to 64°F (17 to 18°C) gives the best result.

Hopps: Packet was 9.1% AA: 6 Months at 3 degC =8.25 AA
Fermentation Finished on 26 July: Down to 1.012 (better than 1.015 predicted)...will hold for a few more days..or rack to secondary?? Nahh keep it.
Sat 1st August: Kegged with 1/2 bottle of Isinglas finnings:
Quite a strong yeast flavour.
