Notes:

​Ferment the two batches separately with the different yeasts, both at 24-degrees, then combine.

Also added to the boil, at 5mins:

  • 35g coriander seed
  • 30g orange peel
  • 2 lemongrass stalks - smashed
  • 15g of sage.

Hoegaarden water profile, but raised sulphates to 300ppm.

*please excuse the “g” added in the hops weight column, this is a default in the software - we were only provided with IBU’s and times for the hop additions.
