Notes:

Recipe for BIAB no-chill.

Mash in with 33l water at 72, target mash temp 64. 75 min mash, mash out to

72 for 5 mins. No sparge.

60 min boil. 5 min stand then whirlpool 10 mins. Into cube.

3l additional water added at yeast pitch. Ferment at 18-20. Batch primed with

caster sugar, target of 2.5co2 volumes.

Dry hopping schedule blew out due to life being too busy to bottle – only a 5

day dry hop intended!
